Both Paul and Kevin are Ducati factory trained with a massive amount of experience between them. We encourage every customer to speak directly with our technicians so that you can build a relationship directly with the person working on your machine.

We feel it is essential to retain the benefits of a smaller dedicated workshop but also have the advantages of being a Ducati Authorised Dealer and Service Centre with a very competitive hourly rate, currently £40.00 +VAT per hour.

Models up to 2006

Service intervals are every 6000 miles or 12 months.

Every bike is different and it is quite common for bikes not to cover this mileage in 12 months. In every case we carry our the routine maintenance, replacing what is necessary and carry out checks depending on the mileage covered. This makes every service individual and you only pay for what is required.

When parts such as the clutch or chain and sprockets are nearing their wear limit we will always call you first to discuss the options and any costs involved.

When presented with your machine after any work carried out you will given a full record of the work carried out and be able to talk with the technician who carried out the work.
It's all part of the Ducati Experience.

2007
onwards

Service intervals are every 7500 miles or 12 months.

2007 marked a huge change in the cost of servicing and therefore the cost of ownership. Every service is now also based on the mileage you have covered and due to the investment and development of parts at the factory far fewer items require changing on lower mileage machines. This in turn also reduces the labour cost.
